Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange by trading volume, is celebrating its seventh anniversary on Friday. The exchange has launched a global campaign to mark the milestone.
Binance, founded in 2017, has consistently been at the forefront of the cryptocurrency adoption movement. To celebrate its anniversary, the company has unveiled the ‘Be Binance’ campaign.
“‘Be Binance’ is a celebration of our community’s incredible support over seven remarkable years,” said Binance Chief Marketing Officer Rachel Conlan. “Through determination, curiosity, and responsibility, we’ve faced challenges and reaped rewards, thanks to our 200 million users. As we journey toward financial freedom, we stay true to our values — humility, kindness, collaboration, and gratitude. Thank you to our community for believing in Binance.”
The ‘Be Binance’ campaign includes in-person meet-ups, virtual gatherings, and a variety of social media contests. These activities are designed to highlight the importance of community in driving blockchain innovation and adoption.
The exchange has allocated $7,000 in BNB tokens for its giveaway. Users can participate by sharing what ‘Be Binance’ means to them, answering daily questions, or sending birthday wishes. In addition to BNB vouchers, Binance merchandise will also be awarded.
Binance, operating in over 100 countries, will see anniversary events in 19 nations, including the UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, and Benin.
At the time of writing, data from CoinMarketCap indicates Binance tops the spot crypto exchange leaderboard with over $27 billion in daily trading volume. This significantly surpasses global rivals such as Bybit, Gate.io, OKX, and Coinbase.
